We offer month-to-month leases. You aren’t tied to any long term commitments or contracts.
Pay online or stop by the facility to pay in-person.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, personal checks, cashier’s check, and money orders. If you don’t want to miss any payments, sign up for our auto payment program using your bank account or credit card. We don’t accept cash payments.
Once you rent a unit, you’ll pay the prorated portion of your rent for the remainder of the month, plus a one time $24 administrative fee. If you happen to move in during the last 7 days of the month, you’ll also pay for the following month at that time.
Payments are due on the first of each month (for the upcoming month).
If we don’t receive your payment by the 5th of the month, the unit will be double locked and the account will be charged a late fee of the greater of $20 or 20% of your monthly rent amount. Any account that is over 60 days overdue will be charged a $90 lien processing fee and begin the auction process.
You have all of the responsibility of your items. You may be covered under your Homeowner/Renter insurance policy and we’ll need a copy of your declaration page. If you aren’t covered, we offer affordable storage protection through SecureLease Protection Plan. There’s no deductible and we’re able to offer a wide range of coverage to suit your needs.
If you have environmentally sensitive items to store away, we offer climate controlled units that will protect your items from extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Each facility is under 24 hour video surveillance, fenced and gated. Use your code to get inside of the gate and your key to open your unit.
Yes, we do! They’re available on a first come, first serve basis on your move-in day. We also have dollies and carts to help you lift and move your items into your unit.
You have access to your storage unit anytime that you please using your gate code. We just ask that you’re mindful of who has access to your key and access code. We won’t provide someone access if they’re not listed on the rental agreement. In order to increase the security and safety of your belongings and the belongings of our other tenants, no one on our staff will keep a key.
